Proposed service terms
Waiting
Proposed: 60 minutes after an international landing, 30 minutes after a domestic landing and 15 minutes for other pickups. Time beyond the allowance is billed in 15-minute increments.
Meet-and-greet
Curbside airport pickup is the standard option. Baggage-claim meet-and-greet is estimated at $25–40 extra when available.
Cancellations
Proposed: no charge up to 4 hours before a sedan or SUV pickup, or 24 hours before a Sprinter pickup. Later cancellation may be 50%; no-show may be charged in full.
Payment and seats
Ask in advance for rear-facing, forward-facing or booster seats. Confirm card payment and invoicing terms in the written quote.
